The general effect of the Newham (Stratford North West) (Shared Use Parking Places) (No. 1, 2013) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2018 and the Newham (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. 137) Order 2018 will be to convert a length of single yellow line waiting restrictions operating between 8am and 6.30pm on Mondays to Fridays lying on the north- west side of Buxton Road E15, opposite Nos. 76 to 80, to double yellow lines operating at any time and to shorten the Stratford North West CPZ shared use parking places on either side of that length to improve vehicular access to and egress from an off street parking area. 5. Beckton CPZ. The general effect of the Newham (Beckton) (Parking Places) (No. 1, 2017) (Amendment No. 1) Order 2018 and the Newham (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. 137) Order 2018 will be to remove the Beckton CPZ permit parking places and single yellow line waiting restrictions marked on the carriageway in Eisenhower Drive and to designate the majority of Eisenhower Drive as parking for permit holders only (indicated by the sign ‘Permit holders parking only past this point’ without marked out parking places on the carriageway). 6. Forest Gate CPZ. The general effect of the Newham (Forest Gate) (Doctor Parking Place) (No. 1, 2016) (Amendment No. 1) Order 2018 will be to lengthen the doctor parking place located on the south-east side of Osborne Road, opposite No. 1A, by 5.5 metres in a south- westerly direction. 7.
