NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough
of Bromley on 27th July 2016 made the above-mentioned Orders
under Sections 6, 84 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and
Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985, and of all
other powers thereunto enabling, which will come into operation on
15th August 2016.
The effect of the Orders would be to:-.
(a) introduce/extend waiting restrictions as specified in the
Schedule to this notice;
(b) introduce time restricted free parking spaces as specified in
the Schedule to this notice;
(c) amend the Schedule to reflect those roads currently within the
High Street, St. Mary Cray 20mph zone;
(d) amend various Orders to reflect the current positions on-
street as a result of parking spaces being removed and being
replaced with waiting restrictions, due to resident vehicle
crossovers being installed.
A copy of the Orders may be inspected during normal office hours on
Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close,
Bromley, Kent until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date
of making the Orders.
ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any of
their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the
relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling
Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been
complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders
were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

THE CROYDON (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (NO.4) TRAFFIC ORDER
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on the 08 August
2016 made the above mentioned Traffic Order under 6, 45, 46, 49 and
124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended and all
other enabling powers.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce one-way
working in the roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice, with
an exemption to apply to pedal cycles as detailed.
3. The prohibition referred to in paragraph 2 above would not apply in

(d) relocate the parking place outside No. 95 Stratford Road E13 so
that it will now lie 5.4 metres north-west of its original location. The
parking place will also be extended by 1.3 metres in a south-easterly
direction so that the total length will now be 6.8 metres.
3. Copies of the Order, which will come into force on 15 August 2016,
and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are
available for inspection during normal office hours on Monday to
Friday inclusive at Newham Dockside, 1000 Dockside Road, London
E16 2QU for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Order
was made.
4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any
of its provisions on the grounds that it or they is not within the powers
conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any
requirement of the Act or any instrument made under the Act has not
been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London
Borough of Newham proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders
under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 51 and 124 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Parking Places Orders would be to
transfer the permit holder parking places in Devenay Road, Edward
Temme Avenue, Hartland Road and Skelley Road from Stratford
South East Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) (which currently operates
on Monday to Friday from 10am to 12 noon) to Stratford CPZ (which
currently operates on Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6.30pm).
3. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Order would be to
convert lengths of waiting restrictions (single yellow lines) operating
on Monday to Friday from 10am to 12 noon to waiting restrictions
(double yellow lines) operating ‘at any time’ in Devenay Road, Edward
Temme Avenue, Hartland Road and Skelley Road and to change the
operational times of the remaining waiting restrictions (single yellow
lines) in those roads so that they would operate on Monday to
Saturday from 8am to 6.30pm.
4. Copies of the proposed Orders, together with documents giving
more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected from 9am to
5pm on Monday to Friday at Newham Dockside, 1000 Dockside Road
E16 2QU until six weeks after the date onwhich the Orders are made
or until the proposed Orders are withdrawn, as appropriate.

proposed Orders must be made in writing by 2 September 2016. All
objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. They

i) To revoke the Public Library Service byelaws made by the Council
on 4 July 1990 and
ii) After expiry of the period mentioned below, to apply to the
Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport for confirmation of
Byelaws made by the Council under section 19 of the Public Libraries
and Museums Act 1964.
Copies of the Byelaws will be kept at the office of the Council at
