And relocate the loading place recorded in the Sidcup RPZ from the north side of Main Road to the south side of Main Road in front of 4 and 5 Elm Parade. These proposals add to and revise the existing Sidcup RPZ and will have no waiting at any time and no loading Monday to Friday 8am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm. NOTE A Restricted Parking Zone (RPZ) allows road markings to be dispensed with other than marked bays with signs that detail who can park and when they can park. The waiting and loading restrictions are detailed on signs when entering the zone. 3. The Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Amendment No. X) Traffic Order 2015 revokes waiting restrictions on parts of Hamilton Road and Main Road to be included in the Sidcup RPZ. It is proposed these restrictions are replaced with no waiting at any time and no loading Monday to Friday 8am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm and included in the new Sidcup RPZ: 4.
