The Business includes, but is not limited to, buy-in policies between Lucida and the trustees of the following pension schemes: • THE MORGAN PENSION SCHEME; • THE MORGAN GROUP SENIOR STAFF PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME; • THE OLD SECTION OF THE MERCHANT NAVY OFFICERS PENSION FUND; AND • THE NEWELL RUBBERMAID UK PENSION SCHEME..
