This was against a very difficult economic backdrop and required very high levels of activity from the all of our staff. In the second half, we reached an important new five-year agreement with ST Microelectronics NV (“ST Micro”) that utilises our capabilities with nanomaterials for use in infra-red sensing applications. This, and certain other development agreements, provide Nanoco with strong customer relationships on which we plan to build the business over the coming years.
