From at least 08 March 2020, Adam Muddle (“Mr Muddle”), caused Profile Talent UK Limited (“Profile”) to trade to the detriment of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (“HMRC”) in respect of Value Added Tax (“VAT”), resulting liabilities of at least £669,858 at the date of liquidation, inclusive of VAT surcharges and penalties.
