(3) • On 21 June 2018 B&W entered formal Administration • On 21 June 2018 a further £60,000 (3 x £20,000) was paid by B&W to connected company (2). • On 22 June 2018 a further £50,000 (1 x £20,000 and 1 x £30,000) was paid by B&W to connected company (2). • On 25 June 2018 a further payment of £7,000 was paid to connected company (2). • During the period 17 May 2018 to 21 June 2018 no payments were made by B&W to HMRC. • The connected companies who received payments are not listed as creditors in the administration of B&W nor have they submitted a proof of debt in the proceedings. • At administration, B&W had trade creditors of £1,144,966. • At administration, B&W had an outstanding liability to HMRC of £377,257. • At administration, B&W had a floating charge for £116,000 which is not in favour of one of the connected companies who received the payments listed above.
