The funds could only be used to provide economic benefit to the company and not for personal purposes. • Jaro Jaro was incorporated on 26 July 2017 and commenced trading in early 2018. It, therefore, was not eligible to estimate its annual turnover. on the BBL application. • On 10 May 2020 Mr Aslam applied for a BBL of £50,000 on behalf of Jaro Jaro, declaring that its turnover for the 2019 calendar year was £400,000. • On 12 May 2020 the BBL of £50,000 was received into Jaro Jaro’s bank account. • Accounting records show that Jaro Jaro’s turnover for year end 30 June 2019 was £117,722, and the company’s turnover for 30 June 2020 was £113,884. • Bank statements show that Jaro Jaro received turnover of £18,959.91 into the company bank account between 02 January 2019 and 30 December 2019. • Between 14 June 2021 and 12 December 2022 £5,205.29 of the £50,000 BBL was repaid by Jaro Jaro. • On 07 February 2023 Jaro Jaro entered Creditors Voluntary Liquidation with total liabilities of £268,189, with £44,246 relating to the outstanding BBL.
