-In the period between 01 March 2015 and 30 June 2016, while acting as a director of Xefro Trade Ltd (“Xefro”), Mr Michael Drogan caused or allowed Xefro to produce and use promotional material which made false and misleading claims about the heating systems sold by Xefro. The promotional material contained false and misleading claims regarding the efficiency of the heating system, the cost of using the system to the customer and carbon emission savings achieved. The material also assured potential customers that the heating system came with a long term guarantee, but Xefro failed to put any provisions in place which would have enabled it to adhere to the terms and conditions of the guarantees provided. -Mr Drogan caused or allowed Xefro to receive payments of at least £130,554 for heating systems which were either not delivered to the customer or were defective and/or dangerous.
