Muhammad Kashif (“Mr Kashif”) failed to register U-K Car Sales & Repairs Ltd (“U-K Car Sales”) for VAT when the turnover breached the threshold for registration as a result of which HM Revenue and Customs raised assessments for the period 1 June 2015 to 31 December 2017.
