The Liquidator has been unable to identify any genuine investments made by Global. -In the same period sums of at least £238,391 was paid to him of which £100,390 transferred to his bank account and a further £138,001 withdrawn in cash. -No explanation has been provided as to why investments were not made on behalf of Investors.
