Between 16 December 2019 and 22 February 2020 Stuart Trevor Hall (“Mr Hall”) caused TWS INSTALL LIMITED (“TWS”) to enter into transactions totalling £47,700 which were to the detriment of creditors at a time when the company was insolvent: • On 1 December 2019 TWS received a demand from a creditor requesting TWS pay outstanding invoices totalling £9,803 by 16 December 2019 and failure to do so would result in commencement of legal action. • On 16 December 2019 TWS was insolvent with assets of £48,492 comprising cash at the bank and liabilities of at least £83,136, including £72,097 owed to HMRC. • On 16 December 2019 Mr Hall made transfers from TWS’s bank account in the sum of £35,000 to himself and an associate. • Mr Hall stated that in mid-January 2020 TWS received a Statutory Demand for £12,000. Between 14 January 2020 and 22 January 2020 Mr Hall made additional transfers to himself and his associate totalling £12,700 • On 5 March 2020 TWS entered into creditors voluntary liquidation with assets of £100 and liabilities of £286,811 resulting in a deficiency to creditors of £286,711
