Satisfaction in relation to the Standard Security granted by the said
Bellway Homes Limited in favour of (i) Abbey Developments (No. 1)
Limited, incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number
SC512002), Registered Office at c/o Mazars LLP, Restructuring
Services, Apex 2 97 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD, (ii)
Abbey Developments (No. 2) Limited, incorporated under the
Companies Acts (Registered Number SC512210), Registered Office at
505 Great Western Road, Glasgow, G12 8HN, and (iii) Abbey
Developments (Jackton) Limited, incorporated under the Companies
Acts (Registered Number SC461511), Registered Office at 505 Great
Western Road, Glasgow, G12 8HN, which security was registered in
the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number LAN241468 on 31
October 2019 to the extent that the said Security affects the subjects
at Newlands Road, East Kilbride, the Sheriff of South Strathclyde,
Dumfries and Galloway at Hamilton by interlocutor dated 4th August
2022 inter alia appointed any parties interested, to lodge Answers
thereto, if so advised, within twenty one days after intimation, service
and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.

THE INTERNATIONAL CHURCH MANSFIELD
Registered charity number: 1137301
Purpose for which money or other property was given: the acquisition
of the freehold land on the South side of Bath Lane, Mansfield, and
registered at the Land Registry with Title Numbers NT461492 and
NT516326 (known as “Rock Valley”) and the subsequent construction
of church buildings at Rock Valley (the “Appeal”).
Notice is given that money and other property given for the purpose
of the Appeal cannot be used for that purpose because insufficient
funds have been raised and the International Church Mansfield
entered into liquidation on 12 June 2018. Richard Tonks and Ian
Gould of Azets Holdings Limited (formerly Baldwins Holdings Limited)
were initially appointed as joint liquidators of The International Church
Mansfield. Richard Tonks and Ian Gould have subsequently resigned
as Joint Liquidators and have been replaced as such, by way of a
Block Transfer Order made on 9 June 2021, by Margaret Carter and
Duncan Swift, both of Azets Holdings Limited. The change in office
holders will have no other impact on the liquidation. The Joint
Liquidators continue to act joint and severally in the matter.
If you gave money or other property for the specific purpose of the
Appeal you are entitled to claim it back. If you wish to do so you must

have not already done so), within 3 months of the date of this Notice/
publication.
Please note that based on current information, proven donors will
receive a partial return of their donation, on account of their being
insufficient funds to return donations in full.

If you wish the money or other property to go to a similar charitable
purpose and to disclaim your right to the return of the money or other

Scheme applying the property to other charitable purposes. You will
still be able to claim the return of your money or other property (less
expenses), but only if you do so within 6 months from the date of any
Scheme made by the Commission.

THE ELECTRIUM PENSION SCHEME
NOTICE UNDER S 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
In accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the trustees
(“Trustees”) of the Electrium Pension Scheme (“Scheme”), give
notice that the winding-up of the Scheme began on 31 May 2022.
The Trustees request any person who has (or believes they may have)
a claim against or interest in the Scheme assets, because you are a
former member, beneficiary or creditor of the Scheme to provide
written notice to the Trustees, including particulars of their interest or
claim, by no later than 31 October 2022. Any such notice should be
sent to the Trustees as follows:
Trustees of the Electrium Pension Scheme, care of Electrium Sales
Limited, Walkmill Lane, Cannock WS11 0XE
After this date, the Trustees will finalise the transfer and distribution of
the assets of the Scheme and will have regard only to the claims of
which they have notice. The Trustees shall not, with regard to the
Scheme or the Scheme assets so distributed, be liable to any person
of whose claim they did not receive notice.
Notice is not required from any person who has received
communication from the Trustees of the Electrium Pension
Scheme, Capita, the Trustee of the Siemens Benefit Scheme or
Trafalgar House in relation to the Scheme, the recent transfer of
members’ benefits to the Siemens Benefits Scheme and or the
Scheme’s winding-up.
The Trustees will remain responsible for administration of the Scheme
until this process is complete and you are welcome to contact the
Trustees at the address above should you have any queries in relation
to this notice.
NOTICES UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
MOTOR INDUSTRY PENSION PLAN
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act
1925, that the sections of the Motor Industry Pension Plan listed
below are being wound up. The Trustee of the Plan is anxious to trace
all former members of these listed sections and their beneficiaries
who are, or think they may be, entitled to benefits under the Plan. Any
person who has, or may have, any claim, entitlement or interest in the
Plan is required to provide written particulars of any such claim,
entitlement or interest to the Trustee of the Motor Industry Pension
Plan, c/o Aon, Colmore Gate, 2 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2QD,
within two months of the date of publication of this Notice. After the
expiry of this two-month period, the Trustee will distribute the assets
of the listed sections, having regard only to claims, entitlements and
interests of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable
in respect of any person whose claims have not been notified to them
in writing. The listed sections shall then be wound up.
