OTHER NOTICES THE INTERNATIONAL CHURCH MANSFIELD Registered charity number: 1137301 Purpose for which money or other property was given: the acquisition of the freehold land on the South side of Bath Lane, Mansfield, and registered at the Land Registry with Title Numbers NT461492 and NT516326 (known as “Rock Valley”) and the subsequent construction of church buildings at Rock Valley (the “Appeal”). Notice is given that money and other property given for the purpose of the Appeal cannot be used for that purpose because insufficient funds have been raised and the International Church Mansfield entered into liquidation on 12 June 2018. Richard Tonks and Ian Gould of Azets Holdings Limited (formerly Baldwins Holdings Limited) were initially appointed as joint liquidators of The International Church Mansfield. Richard Tonks and Ian Gould have subsequently resigned as Joint Liquidators and have been replaced as such, by way of a Block Transfer Order made on 9 June 2021, by Margaret Carter and Duncan Swift, both of Azets Holdings Limited. The change in office holders will have no other impact on the liquidation. The Joint Liquidators continue to act joint and severally in the matter. The Trustees request any person who has (or believes they may have) a claim against or interest in the Scheme assets, because you are a former member, beneficiary or creditor of the Scheme to provide written notice to the Trustees, including particulars of their interest or claim, by no later than 31 October 2022.
