ACCESSORIZE IT LIMITED On 8 April 2014 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court craving the court inter alia to order that Accessorize IT Limited, a company Registered under the Companies Acts with Number SC280116 having its Registered Office at 54 Cowgate, Kirkintilloch, Glasgow, G66 1HN be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator; in the meantime, Kenneth Patullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, Begbies Traynor, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP, be appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said company; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 10 April 2014 appointed the said Kenneth Patullo and Kenneth Robert Craig as Joint Provisional Liquidators with the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 & 5 of Part 2I of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
