Notice is hereby given that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above named Company is being convened and will be held 29 November 2024 at 3pm. Jatinder Kaur, the director of the Company is the convener of the meeting ("the Convener"). The primary purpose of the virtual meeting is for creditors to consider a decision on the nomination of liquidators, and if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.
