LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 TRANSFER OF PARTNERSHIP INTERESTS Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10(1) of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 21 November 2023, Church Street Trustees Limited acting as trustee of CGP Future Trust (the "Trust") transferred the whole of its interests in the Partnership to Elysian Planning Company Limited (company number: 15121594) (''EPCL") and accordingly, with effect from such date, the Trust retired as a limited partner of the Partnership and EPCL was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership. Each of the Transferors have therefore withdrawn as Limited Partners in the Partnership and the Transferee has been admitted as a new Limited Partner in the Partnership as of the Effective Date.
