All of the chargor's rights, title and interest from time to time in: (a) any patents, utility models, trademarks, service marks, designs, business names, copyrights, database rights, design rights, registered designs, domain names, moral rights, inventions, confidential information, trade secrets, knowhow and all other intellectual property rights throughout the world and interests (which may now or in the future subsist), whether registered or unregistered, which are material to the business of the group (as defined in the debenture); and (b) the benefit of all applications (and all goodwill associated with such applications) and rights to use such assets of the chargor, including all rights under any agreements relating to the use or exploitation of any such rights, which may now or in the future subsist, and which are material to the business of the group (as defined in the debenture).
