Notice is hereby given that on 23 May 2024, a Petition was presented
to the Court of Session by James Derek Scott Carnegie and Donald
John Smith, the directors of Alechemy Brewing Limited, craving the
Court inter alia that Alechemy Brewing Limited, a company
incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number
SC409623) and having its registered office at Malcolmburn, Mulben,
Keith, Scotland, AB55 6YB be wound up by the Court and that Callum
Carmichael of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket
Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD and Michelle Elliott of FRP Advisory
Trading Limited, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow,
G2 5SG be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators of Alechemy
Brewing Limited; In which Petition, by Interlocutor dated 24 May
2024, appointed the Petition to be advertised once in the Edinburgh
Gazette and once in the Metro newspaper; appointed any party
claiming an interest in the Petition, to lodge Answers thereto within
eight days after such intimation and advertisement; and in the
meantime, appointed Callum Carmichael of FRP Advisory Trading
Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD and
Michelle Elliott of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2, The Beacon,
176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG to be Joint Provisional
Liquidators of Alechemy Brewing Limited; authorised them to exercise
the powers contained in section 169 of the Act and Parts I, II and III of
Schedule 4 to the 1986 Act 1986 without further intervention by the
Court; all of which notice is hereby given.
