Property & land PROPERTY DISCLAIMERS ENVIRONMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE DEPARTMENT FOR TRANSPORT TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice of the proposal to make an Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of the whole of the network of highways including the connecting ginnels which are bounded to the north by Gladstone Road, to the east by Dorothy Drive, to the south by Wavertree Road and to the west by Marmaduke Street at Edge Hill, in the City of Liverpool. IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping up will be authorised only in order to enable development as permitted by Liverpool City Council, under reference 12RM/2725 and 12F/3140. COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND RELEVANT PLAN will be available for inspection during normal opening hours at Edge Hill Customer Focus Centre, 80-82 Wavertree Road, Liverpool, L7 1PH in the 28 days commencing on 20 February 2015, and may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State (quoting NATTRAN/NW/ S247/1753) at the address stated below.
