THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice of the proposal to
make an Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the
stopping up of the whole of the network of highways including the
connecting ginnels which are bounded to the north by Gladstone
Road, to the east by Dorothy Drive, to the south by Wavertree Road
and to the west by Marmaduke Street at Edge Hill, in the City of
Liverpool.
IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping up will be authorised only in
order to enable development as permitted by Liverpool City Council,
under reference 12RM/2725 and 12F/3140.
COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND RELEVANT PLAN will be
available for inspection during normal opening hours at Edge Hill
Customer Focus Centre, 80-82 Wavertree Road, Liverpool, L7 1PH in
the 28 days commencing on 20 February 2015, and may be obtained,
free of charge, from the Secretary of State (quoting NATTRAN/NW/
S247/1753) at the address stated below.
ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed order by
stating their reasons in writing to the Secretary of State at
[email protected] or National Transport Casework
Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle upon Tyne,
NE4 7AR, quoting the above reference. Objections should be received
by midnight on 20 March 2015. You are advised that your personal
data and correspondence will be passed to the applicant/agent to
enable your objection to be considered. If you do not wish your
personal data to be forwarded, please state your reasons when
submitting your objection.

WHEREAS ALLIANCE DEVELOPMENTS (SCOTLAND) LIMITED, a
company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company
number SC186807 was dissolved on 13 December 2013; AND
WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all
property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a
dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to
be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution
the said Alliance Developments (Scotland) Limited was heritably vest
in ALL and WHOLE the subjects at Canal Court, Threemiletown,
Linlithgow registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title
Number WLN35478; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said
Alliance Developments (Scotland) Limited came to my notice on 25
June 2014: Now THEREFORE I, CATHERINE PATRICIA DYER, the
Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of
section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim
the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the aforesaid heritable
property.
