2. THE GENERAL EFFECT OF THE EXPERIMENTAL MODIFICATION
ORDER will be to introduce an additional shared use disabled badge
holders bay max stay 2hrs/loading bay max stay 1hr on Brantwood
Road N17 – north side outside Loon Fung (12 metres in length)
Note: This order will modify the original experimental order ‘The
Haringey (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading
and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No.62) Experimental Order
2022’ which came into operation on the 31st October 2022 as
detailed above.
3. DATE OF OPERATION: The Order will come into operation on 24th
November 2022 and is due to last for a maximum of 18 months.
4. The Order provide that in pursuance of Section 10(2) of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the delegated authority of the London
Borough of Haringey, or some person authorised in that behalf, may if
it appears essential in the interests of the expeditious, convenient and
safe movement of traffic or for preserving or improving the amenities
of the area through which any road affected by the Order run, modify
or suspend the Order or any provision thereof.
5. The Council will be considering in due course whether the
provisions of the Order should be continued in force indefinitely by
means of permanent Order made under the relevant sections of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Any person may object to the
making of the permanent Order for the purpose of such indefinite
continuation within a period of six months beginning with the day on
which the above mentioned Order came into force or, if the Order are
varied by other Order or modified pursuant to section 10(2) of the
1984 Act, beginning with the day on which the latest variation or
modification came into force. Any such objection must be made in

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS – CHILVER STREET AND
HATCLIFFE STREET
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough
of Greenwich intends to make an Order to prevent danger to the
public under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The effect of the Order would be to temporarily:
(a) introduce double yellow line ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions on
Chilver Street, east side, from its junction with Woolwich Road to its
junction with Dandridge Close.
(b) Replace single yellow line Monday-Saturday 7am-7pm waiting
restrictions with double yellow line ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions on
Hatcliffe Street, both sides, from its junction with Woolwich Road for
30 metres.
3. The above restrictions would only apply at such times and to such
extent as shall be indicated by the placing or covering of the
appropriate traffic signs.
4. The Order would come into force on 24th November 2022 and will
remain in force for 18 months.

beneficially interested in the real estate of GERALD MARTIN GOFF,
late of Hospicio Hospital Margoa, Goa, who died on the 24th day of
February, 2020, that an Application will be made to the Royal Court of
Guernsey at 9.30 am on Friday 1 July, 2022 by ADAM RICHARD
GOFF for the following Orders:
1. an Administration Order pursuant to Section 4 (1) (d) of The Law
Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law,
2006 (“the Law”) of all the Real Estate of the Deceased; and
2. the appointment of ADVOCATE MICHAEL JULIAN RIDDIFORD as
the Administrator of the Real Estate of the Deceased;
AND in the event of such Application being granted, the Administrator
will apply to the Court for a further Order that upon the sale of any of
the Real Estate of the Deceased by the Administrator that the
Administrator shall be permitted to distribute immediately such
proceeds of sale without further application to the Royal Court.
