LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 AMADEUS EIII LP Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 1 July 2015 Calderstone Capital Limited transferred 100% of the interest held by it in Amadeus EIII LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP016695, to Amadeus EIII General Partner LP, the general partner of the Partnership, and that with effect from 1 July 2015, Calderstone Capital Limited ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
