NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 92 of The Insolvency
(Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Final Meeting of the Members
and the Creditors of the above named Company, will be held at PKF-
FPM Accountants Limited, 1- 3 Arthur Street, Belfast, Co. Antrim, BT1
4GA on 1 August 2018 at 10:00 am and 10:15am respectively for the
purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator
showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted
and the property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may
be given by the Liquidator.
The following resolutions will be considered at the creditors’ meeting:
1. That the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account be approved.
2. That the Liquidator receives his release.
3. That the Liquidator has the power to destroy the books and records
of the company 12 months after the final meeting.
In the absence of a quorum or any objections to the contrary, the
liquidator will deem that the resolutions listed above have been
accepted by default.

COWELLS-ARROW BINGO UK PENSION SCHEME – WIND UP
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given
that the Cowells-Arrow Bingo UK Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) is
about to be wound up and all Members' and beneficiaries' benefits
will be secured or transferred to alternative pension arrangements.
Anyone who believes that he or she is a Member of the Scheme but
who has not been contacted about the winding-up, or anyone who
believes they have any other interest, claim or entitlement in relation
to the Scheme which has not already been dealt with within the
winding-up should write to the Trustees at the following address:
