This notice is given pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016. Notice is hereby given that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above named Company is being convened and will be held on 28 February 2022 at 2.30pm. Stephen Long, the director of the Company is the convener of the meeting ("the Convener").
