The meeting will be held at the offices of Deloitte (NI) Limited, Lincoln Building, 27-45 Great Victoria Street, Belfast BT2 7AQ. The meeting is called pursuant to Article 80 of the INSOLVENCY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1989 for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and to receive any explanation that may be considered necessary. Regulation 2 of these Regulations amends the Statutory Sick Pay (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982 (S.R. 1982 No. 263) to ensure that a person is entitled to statutory sick pay for the full period for which they are required to self-isolate and for the period a person is required to stay at home after testing positive for coronavirus. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH THE PUBLIC HEALTH ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1967 The Department of Health has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Amendment No. 5) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020", (S.R. 2020 No. 163) which came into operation on 31 July 2020. The Rule amends the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 to provide that a person who is required to be in self-isolation is not required to isolate themselves from a visitor to the place where they are self-isolating if the visitor is there to provide certain services including care and medical assistance, to remove the exemption from the requirement to self-isolate for certain health or care professionals, to omit Luxembourg from a list of exempt countries and territories from the requirement in regulation 4 of the International Travel Regulations to self-isolate for 14 days after their arrival in Northern Ireland. It also amends the list of specified competitions in Schedule 4 (which is relevant to the exemption from the requirement to self-isolate for elite sportspersons).
