1. by way of legal mortgage all freehold and leasehold property of the company together with all buildings fixtures (including trade fixtures) and plant and machinery from time to time thereon and all liens, charges, options, agreements, easements, rights, estates and interests relating thereto and/or the proceeds of sale thereof.. 2. by way of fixed charge:. 2.1 all freehold and leasehold property now and at any time during the continuance of this security belonging to, or charged to, the company (including any equitable interest in any such property) together with all buildings fixtures (including trade fixtures) and plant and machinery from time to time thereon and all liens, charges, options, agreements, easements, rights, estates and interests relating thereto and/or the proceeds of sale thereof; and. 2.2 all patents, trade marks and service marks, (whether registered or not) brand and trade names registered designs, design rights, copyrights, computer programs, inventions, confidential information, know-how and all other intellectual or intangible property or rights and all applications for the protection of any of the foregoing in any part of the world and all license agreements and ancillary and connected rights and benefits including all royalties fees and other income from the same both present and future of the company.
