ASISTIS CONSULTING LIMITED In Creditors Voluntary Liquidation (Company Number NI057011) Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 91 and Article 92 of THE INSOLVENCY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1989 that an Annual and Final Meeting of the members of the Company will be held at CavanaghKelly, Chartered Accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, 36-38 Northland Row, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone BT71 6AP on 19 August 2016 at 11.00 am to be followed by the Annual and Final Meeting of the creditors at 11.15 am for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Joint Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and property of the Company has been disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. The Following resolutions will be considered in the final report and at the creditors’ meeting: 1. That the Joint Liquidators receipts and payments account be approved 2. That the Joint Liquidators receive their release. 3. That the books and records of the Company be destroyed by the Joint Liquidators 1 year after their release. A person entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
