Clause 4.1: chargor charges, by way of first legal mortgage, its mortgaged property. Clause 4.3: chargor charges, by way of first fixed charge, all of its rights, title and interest from time to time in and to its tangible moveable property and all related rights, except to the extent mortgaged or charged under clauses 4.1 (mortgage of mortgaged property) or 4.2 (fixed charge over real property). Clause 4.8: chargor charges, by way of first fixed charge, all of its rights, title and interest from time to time in and to its intellectual property and all related rights (the “secured ip”).
