LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 30 June 2021, Allstate Life Insurance Company. assigned the whole of their interests in Basalt Infrastructure Partners, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP015216 (the “Partnership”) to Allstate Insurance Company.

LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 1 July 2017, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (the "Transferor") transferred part of its interest including a capital contribution of £175, held by it in Basalt Infrastructure Partners L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP015216, to MassMutual Trad Private Equity LLC (the "Transferee") and that with effect from 1 July 2017, the Transferee became limited partner in the Partnership, the Transferor reduced its capital contribution in the Partnership by £175.00 and the Transferee increased its capital contribution in the Partnership by £175. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP015216 and that with effect from 30 June 2016 Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Investments Limited ceased to be a limited partner and Wafra Cornerstone GP Ltd as general partner on behalf of Wafra Cornerstone Partners GP, LP as general partner on behalf of CP Bay Holdings LP became a limited partner in the Partnership.
