BASALT INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS II A L.P.

LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 30 June 2021, (i) Allstate Life Insurance Company and (ii) Allstate Life Insurance Company of New York assigned the whole of their interests in Basalt Infrastructure Partners II A L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP017615 (the “Partnership”) to Allstate Insurance Company.

LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 31 December 2021, NAEV- Infrastruktur S.C.S, SICAV-FIS assigned the whole of its interest in Basalt Infrastructure Partners II A L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP017615 (the “Partnership”) to (i) Golding Infrastructure 2018 SCS SICAV-FIAR – Teilfonds A; (ii) Golding Infrastructure 2020 SCS SICAV-FIAR – Teilfonds A; and (iii) Golding Infrastructure 2020 SCS SICAV-FIAR – Teilfonds B in Basalt Infrastructure Partners II A L.P. As a result, NAEV-Infrastruktur S.C.S, SICAV-FIS ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and (i) Golding Infrastructure 2018 SCS SICAV-FIAR – Teilfonds A; (ii) Golding Infrastructure 2020 SCS SICAV-FIAR – Teilfonds A; and (iii) Golding Infrastructure 2020 SCS SICAV-FIAR – Teilfonds B in Basalt Infrastructure Partners II A L.P. were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
