LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 (Registered No. LP020598) Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 20 November 2019, Basalt Infrastructure Partners II (UK) 1 Limited (the "Initial General Partner"), transferred its general partner interest in Basalt Infrastructure Partners III C L.P. (the "Partnership") to Basalt Infrastructure Partners III GP Limited (the "New General Partner"). Consequently on that date, the New General Partner was admitted to the Partnership as a general partner and the Initial General Partner ceased to be a general partner in the Partnership.
