The chargor, with full title guarantee, charges by way of legal mortgage, in favour of the lender, all of the freehold property specified in schedule 1 of the charging document, being land on the north-east side of greenbank road, plymouth registered at the land registry under title number DN657900 as security for the payment and discharge of the secured obligations.. To the extent not validly or effectively charged by way of legal mortgage under the preceding provisions of the charging document, the chargor, with full title guarantee, charges by way of fixed charge, in favour of the lender, as security for the payment and discharge, all of its property and all of the chargor’s rights, title and interest in the intellectual property..
