LUMIERE OPPORTUNITY COMPANY transferred 56.97% of its interest in the Partnership, including 56.97% of its capital contribution to Pantheon Radiance LP; ii. LUMIERE OPPORTUNITY COMPANY transferred 36.25% of its interest in the Partnership, including 36.25% of its capital contribution to AMG Pantheon Lead Fund, LLC; and iii. LUMIERE OPPORTUNITY COMPANY transferred 6.78% of its interest in the Partnership, including 6.78% of its capital contribution to Pantheon Global Private Equity GP S.à r.l for and on behalf of Pantheon GPE Sub-Aggregator SCSp. As a result of such transfers, the following limited partners were admitted to the Partnership: i. Pantheon Radiance LP ii. AMG Pantheon Lead Fund, LLC iii.
