Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited
Partnerships Act 1907, that on 1 May 2020 Bridgepoint Development
Capital Limited transferred 100% of its interest in BDC IV E LP, a
limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number
LP020526 (the “Partnership”), to BDC IV GP LP, the general partner
of the Partnership. As a result of such transfer, Bridgepoint
Development Capital Limited ceased to be a limited partner of the
Partnership on 1 May 2020.
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF PARTNER
