(Registered No. SL012305) REGISTERED IN SCOTLAND Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Lancashire County Council as administering authority of the Lancashire County Pension Fund has transferred its entire interest in Bishop Infrastructure S2A L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL012305 (the “Partnership”), to LPPI Infrastructure Investments LP. Lancashire County Council as administering authority of the Lancashire County Pension Fund has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. LPPI Infrastructure Investments LP has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
