As a continuing security for the payment of the secured liabilities, each chargor hereby, with full title guarantee, charges, and agrees to charge, in favour of the noteholder the following assets which are at any time owned by that chargor or which it is from time to time interested by way of a first legal mortgage all the freehold and leasehold property (if any) vested in or charged to the chargor including all property specified in schedule 2 (if any) of the charging document..
