(THE “PARTNERSHIP”) (Registered No. SL037108) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 1 December 2024, Boulder Aggregator GP, Ltd. transferred its entire interest as the general partner of the Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with the number SL037108, to Hollyport VIII Holdings GP Limited (the “Transferee”). Pursuant to the transfer, the Transferee was admitted as the general partner of the Partnership. Boulder Aggregator GP, Ltd. has ceased to be a general partner of the Partnership.
