The meetings are called pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 4.126 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s act and dealings and of the winding-up and hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator.
