BRITE TECHNICAL SERVICES LIMITED Company Number: SC580028 Notice is hereby given that 05 July 2023 a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Anderson Strathern LLP, craving the court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that Brite Technical Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number SC580028) and having its registered office at 3 Nasmyth Place, Glasgow, Scotland, G52 4PR be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition Sheriff Sheehan, by Interlocutor dated 06 July 2023, meantime appointed Donald Iain McNaught, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnstone Carmichael, 227 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2ND, to be Provisional Liquidator of the said company with powers necessary for the preservation of the assets of the company and in particular authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3 months (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of an interim liquidator, whichever is earlier, and ordained any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto by email to [email protected] within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
