1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council
proposes to make the above Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 63
and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order would be to:
(a) introduce double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions:
(i) at the western corner of the junction between Osbert Street and the
south-western arm of Vincent Square; and
(ii) at the northern corner of the junction between the south-eastern
and south-western arms of Vincent Square;
(b) introduce 11 metres of single yellow line waiting restrictions,
operating between 8.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays,
on the north-east side of Douglas Street, adjacent to Westminster
Under School, No. 27 Vincent Square, replacing two pay-by-phone
parking bays (11 metres);
(c) extend the pay-by-phone parking place on the north-east side of
Douglas Street, adjacent to No. 26 Chapter Street, north-westward by
2 bays, replacing 11 metres of motorcycle parking;
(d) introduce a motorcycle parking place on the north-east side of the
south-western arm of Vincent Square, opposite No. 30, replacing 5
metres of single yellow line waiting restrictions; and
(e) relocate the residents’ parking place located outside No. 30
Vincent Square north-westward by 5 metres, replacing a length of
single yellow line waiting restrictions.
3. The proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed
particulars of the Order are available for inspection until six weeks
have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the
Council decides not to make the Order at https://

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough
of Barking and Dagenham in exercise of its powers under sections 6
and 124 and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 as amended (hereinafter called “the Act”) and all other
enabling legislation and powers and after consultation with the
Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis in accordance with Part IV
of Schedule 9 of the Act propose to make the above Order, the effect
of which will be to:
1. Introduce ‘No Waiting at any time’ restrictions on Selinas Lane,
south side, at the following locations along the new kerb layout:
a. From a point 130.5 metres west of its junction with Coppen Road
for 7.7 metres in a westerly direction

direction.
2. Introduce ‘No Waiting at any time’ restrictions on Freshwater Road,
south-east side, from a point 15.5 metres west of a point opposite the
entrance to Mirravale Trading Estate Units 1 to 10 for 12 metres in a
westerly direction.
3. Revoke the ‘No Waiting at any time’ restrictions on Selinas Lane,
south side, at the following locations:
a. From a point 18.5 metres west of a point opposite the entrance to
Mirravale Trading Estate Units 1 to 10 to a point 123 metres west of
its junction with Coppen Road.

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of
Haringey on 16th August 2024 has made the above mentioned Orders
under sections 6, 45, 46, 122 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The general effect of the Orders would be:
1) To extend the double yellow lines on both sides of Chestnut Avenue
N8 to 10 metres in length from the junction with Middle Lane. This will
reduce the permit parking bays by 1 metre.
2) To extend the double yellow lines on west side of Middle Lane N8
to 10 metres in length from the junction with Chestnut Avenue to a
point outside No.89 Middle Lane. This will reduce the resident permit
parking bay by 3.95 metre.
3) To extend the double yellow lines on both sides of Elder Avenue N8
to 10 metres in length from the junction with Weston Park. This will
reduce the resident permit parking bays by 3.4 metres.
4) To extend the double yellow lines on north side of Weston Park N8
to 10 metres in length from the junction with Elder Avenue to a point
outside No.44 Weston Park. This will reduce the resident permit
parking bay by 3.7 metres.
5) To extend the double yellow lines on north side of Weston Park N8
to 10 metres in length from the junction with Elder Avenue to a point
outside No.46 Weston Park. This will replace the single yellow lines
and reduce the resident permit parking bay by 5.7 metres.
6) To extend all of the existing no waiting and no loading restrictions
on Topsfield Parade and Broadway Parade N8, between the junction
with Rosebery Avenue to No.2 Broadway Parade N8 (Barnardo’s) so
they operate Monday-Sunday instead of Monday-Saturday. The
operational times will remain the same.

August 2024.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough
of Greenwich has made an Order to prevent danger to the public
under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily:
a) prohibit all motor vehicles (including motorcycles), from entering
into, exiting from or proceeding in:
i) Blithdale Road outside No. 121;
b) replace the no entry restrictions with a prohibition of motor vehicles
(including motorcycles) on:

3. The Order will come into force on 29th August 2024 and will remain

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:-
(a) change the operational hours of the south-west bound bus lanes in
Romford Road between Tavistock Road and Vicarage Lane and
between Green Street and Upton Lane so they would operate ‘at any
time’ on all days and to include solo-motorcycles in the exemptions
for vehicles which are permitted to use the bus lanes;
(b) facilitate increasing the length of west-bound bus stop clearways
in Romford Road:
(i) by 11 metres (south-west of Tavistock Road);
(ii) by 16 metres (south-west of Dyson Road);
(iii) by 11 metres (south-west of Green Street); and
(iv) by 11 metres (north-east of Upton Lane);
(c) remove the existing free parking spaces, operating Monday to
Saturday 7am to 7pm with a maximum stay of 30 minutes and no
return within 1 hour, on the south-east side of Romford Road outside
Nos. 110-122 and replace with a loading bay as referenced in
paragraph 2 (d) (ii) below;
(d) introduce new loading bays operating ‘at any time’ on all days with
a maximum stay of 1 hour and no return within 1 hour in Romford
Road:
(i) on the north-west side, from a point 27 metres east of the eastern
kerb line of Carnarvon Road north-eastward for a distance of 15
metres; and
(ii) on the south-east side, from a point 1 metre west of the eastern
boundary wall of No. 110 Romford Road north-eastward for a
distance of 28 metres;
(e) introduce a new loading bay operating every day from 7am to 7pm
with a maximum stay of 30 minutes and no return within 1 hour on the
south-east side of Romford Road, from a point 2 metres east of the
western boundary of No. 316 Romford Road eastward¬ for a distance
of 10 metres
. (f) introduce new waiting and loading restrictions operating ‘at any
time’ (double yellow lines and double kerb-blips):
(i) on the south-east side of Romford Road from a point 40 metres
north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Vicarage Lane, north-
eastward to a point 1 metre west of the eastern boundary wall of No.
110 Romford Road;
(ii) on the south-east side of Romford Road from a point 10 metres
south-west of the south-western kerb-line of Maitland Road, north-
eastward to a point 34 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerb-
line of Elm Road; and
(iii) on the south-east side of Romford Road from a point 9 metres
south-west of the south-western boundary wall of No. 316 Romford
Road, north-eastward to the western kerb-line of Green Street.
For all locations described in the paragraphs above, the proposed
changes would replace the existing restrictions at those locations.
3. NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the Council, in accordance
with sections 65 and 66 of the Highways Act 1980 intends to convert,
modify or re-create certain lengths of the footway and carriageway
space of Romford Road into segregated cycle tracks for use by
cyclists only at the locations described below:
(i) on the south-east side of Romford Road, from a point 40 metres
north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Vicarage Lane, north-
eastward to a point 34 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerb-
line of Elm Road; and
(ii) on the south-east side of Romford Road from a point 35 metres
south-west of the south-western boundary wall of No. 316 Romford
Road, north-eastward to a point 6 metres south-west of the south-
western kerb-line of Green Street.
The cycle tracks which will have a width throughout of between 1.8
and 2 metres are proposed to aid cyclists to link with existing and
new cycle links and networks along key routes, and to avoid fast
moving traffic on the carriageway. Priority is maintained for
pedestrians when entering or crossing segregated cycle tracks from
the footway.
4. FURTHER NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that, in pursuance of
the Highways Act 1980 (Section 90A-90F), the Council proposes to
construct Copenhagen Style blended raised crossings in Tavistock
Road, Maitland Road, Faraday Road, Dyson Road, Warwick Road,
Elm Road, Palmerston Road and Westbury Road at their junctions
with Romford Road (shared highway and footway space for moving
vehicles and pedestrians). These would be elevated sections of
carriageway, between 75 mm and 100 mm higher at their highest
points than the surrounding carriageway, or at an equal level with the
surrounding carriageway and extending across the full width of the
carriageway with the ramp gradients between 1:10 and 1:15 and with
a length of up to 10 metres.
5. FURTHER NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that, in pursuance of
the Highways Act 1980 (Section 90A-90F), the Council of the London
Borough of Newham proposes to install:
a) a raised table (road hump) in Romford Road, with its centre line at a
distance of approximately 9 metres south-west of the south-western
kerb-line of Faraday Road; and
b) a raised table (road hump) in Romford Road, with its centre line at a
distance of approximately 8 metres north-east of the north-eastern
kerb-line of Dyson Road.
The raised tables (road humps) would be constructed in accordance
with the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999 and be no more
than 100 mm in height, be flush with the existing kerb-lines and the
ramps on each side would have a gradient of 1 in 20.
6. FURTHER NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the Council, in
accordance with Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984,
has approved the provision of a new raised pedestrian/pedal cycle
parallel crossing in Romford Road, the centre-point of which lies
approximately 9 metres south-west of the south-western kerb-line of
Faraday Road. There will be four zig-zag markings (approximately 8
metres) on each side of the crossing. The crossing would be situated
on the raised table referenced in paragraph 5 a) above.

7. FURTHER NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the Council, in
accordance with Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984,
has approved upgrading the existing zebra crossing outside Nos.
158/160 Romford Road to a raised pedestrian/pedal cycle parallel
crossing, the centre-point of which will lie approximately 8 metres
north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Dyson Road. There will be
four zig-zag markings (approximately 8 metres) on the north-east side
of the upgraded crossing and six zig-zag markings on the south-west
side. The crossing would be situated on the raised table referenced in
paragraph 5 b) above.
8. FURTHER NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the Council, in
accordance with Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984,
has approved the provision of new pedestrian crossings to aid
pedestrians across the cycle track outside Nos. 86-88 Romford Road,
Nos. 134-138 Romford Road, opposite No. 169 Romford Road,
outside Nos. 158-160 Romford Road, outside No. 314 Romford Road
and outside Forest Gate Police Station. The crossings will not have
belisha beacons or zig-zag markings.
9. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Orders

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given by the Trustees of the Tolent Pension Scheme
(the “Scheme”), pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that
any person that believes that he or she has a claim against, or
entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the Scheme
is hereby required to send particulars in writing within two months of
the date of publication of this notice of his or her claim or entitlement
(together with full name, present address, date of birth, National
Insurance Number and the full name of the Scheme).
Details should be sent to: MHM Pension Services Ltd, Windsor
House, Cornwall Road, Harrogate HG1 2PW, marked for the attention
of David Hodgson (Tel 01423 229029).
After the expiry of two months from the date of publication of this
notice, the Trustees will proceed to wind up the Scheme and will
secure benefits with Aviva for the persons entitled to them, having
regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they
have notice. The Trustees shall not be liable to any person of whose
claim they did not receive notice. Anyone who has already been
