Infracapital GP Limited (in its capacity as general partner of Infracapital Partners LP) has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Infracapital GP 1 LLP (in its capacity as general partner of Infracapital Partners LP) has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
