Infracapital GP II Limited has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Infracapital GP 2 LLP (in its capacity as general partner of Infracapital Partners II LP and Infracapital Partners (NT) II LP) has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
