Notice of Termination of English Scheme of Arrangement
Notice is given in accordance with Clause 56.4 of the English Scheme
of Arrangement (“the Scheme”) that the Scheme has terminated with
effect from 30 September 2020.
OTHER NOTICES
Having consulted with the Company’s English Creditors Committee as
required under clause 56.1(c) of the Scheme, the English Scheme
Administrators (as defined in the Scheme) resolved on 30 September
2020 that the Scheme shall terminate with immediate effect.
Any creditor enquiries on the termination should be directed by email

NOTICE CB&I CONSTRUCTORS LIMITED PENSION & LIFE
ASSURANCE SCHEME ("THE SCHEME")
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 (1) of the Trustee Act
1925 that the Trustees of the CB&I Constructors Limited Pension &
Life Assurance Scheme are winding up the Scheme. If you have
received communication from the Trustees regarding the wind up of
the Scheme then you do not need to take any action.
Any former employees of CB&I Constructors Limited (Company
Number: 00541526) or any associated company, who believe that
they were members of the above named Scheme and who are not
receiving a pension from the Scheme or who have not received
announcements from the Trustees of the Scheme are required to write
to Mrs Sarah Hamilton at Aon, Briarcliff House, Farnborough,
Hampshire, GU14 7TE to make a claim for benefits under the
Scheme.
Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, the
period during which they worked for CB&I Constructors Limited or
any associated company and any documents supporting their claim.
Claims must be made within 2 months of the date of publication of
this advertisement.
In addition, if any person or persons have any other claims against or
interest in the Scheme, they are requested to write to Mrs Sarah
Hamilton at the above address setting out particulars of such a claim
in writing within 2 months of the date of publication of this
advertisement.
After the 2 month period, the Trustees may distribute the assets of the
Scheme amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to
the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not,
as regards the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose
claim they do not have notice.
If you have already received an announcement from the Trustees of
the Scheme there is no need to respond to this advertisement.

presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh, by WILLIAM WARD, 28
Glebe Place, Kinghorn, Fife, KY3 9XP for an Order in terms of Section
1029 of the COMPANIES ACT 2006 to restore Crowley Russell & Co
Ltd Company Number SC011364 to the Register of Companies.
