LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, by way of a transfer dated 31 December 2017, Pomona Partnership Holdings III Portfolio, L.P. (the "First Transferor") has transferred and assigned to HCP VI Holdings SLP (the "Transferee") its entire limited partnership interest in CCP VII LP No. 1.2 (LP008195) (the "Partnership"). ING Pomona Private Equity Fund (the "Second Transferor") has transferred and assigned to the Transferee its entire limited partnership interest in the Partnership. Consequently, the Transferee has become a limited partner in the Partnership. CCP VII L.P. NO. 2.1

LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, by way of a transfer dated 29 September 2017, Aberdeen Asset Investments Limited (formerly know as Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Limited) (the "Transferor") transferred and assigned to Lloyds Banking Group Pensions Trustees Limited in its capacity as the trustee of the Lloyds Bank Pension Scheme No.1. (the ("First Transferee") some of their limited partnership interest in CCP VII LP No. 1.2 (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP008195. Additionally, the Transferor has also transferred and assigned some of their limited partnership interest in the Partnership to Lloyds Bank Pension Scheme No.2 (the "Second Transferee"). Consequently, the Transferor has ceased to be a limited partner and the First and Second Transferee have become limited partners in the Partnership.

Consequently, The Norinchukin Bank has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Strategic Partners Orchis Acquisitions, L.P. has been admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner in the Partnership. Consequently, ASF IV Williams Limited has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and CPP Investment Board Private Holdings (2) Inc. has been admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner in the Partnership.
