LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 September 2020 Charterhouse General Partners (England) Limited transferred 100% of its general partner interest in CCP XI No. 1 LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP021248 (the “Partnership”), to Charterhouse GP (XI) LLP and consequently on that date Charterhouse General Partners (England) Limited retired as general partner of the Partnership and was replaced as general partner by Charterhouse GP (XI) LLP. TRANSFER OF INTEREST IN BDC II 'E' LP (Registered No. LP014691) Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 30 September 2020 after 5pm, National Grid UK Pension Scheme Trustee Limited (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in BDC II 'E' LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP014691, to (1) National Grid UK Pension Scheme Trustee Limited acting as Trustee of the National Grid UK Pension Scheme in respect of Section A of that Scheme; (2) National Grid UK Pension Scheme Trustee Limited acting as Trustee of the National Grid UK Pension Scheme in respect of Section B of that Scheme; and (3) Cadent Gas Pension Trustee Limited acting as Trustee of the Cadent Gas Pension Scheme, each of which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
