LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 September 2020 Charterhouse General Partners (England) Limited transferred 100% of its general partner interest in CCP XI No. 2 LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP021249 (the “Partnership”), to Charterhouse GP (XI) LLP and consequently on that date Charterhouse General Partners (England) Limited retired as general partner of the Partnership and was replaced as general partner by Charterhouse GP (XI) LLP.
