All and whole the tenant's interest under the lease between (1) sannox glen etive limited; (2) ceitlein hydro LTD; and (3) dickins hydro resources limited dated on or around the date hereof and to be registered in the land register of scotland in respect of the land comprising the ceitlein hydro schemedalness estate ballachulish shown shaded pink on the plan annexed and signed as relative hereto; which subjects comprise part and portion of all and whole the subjects being the areas of ground lying on the north and south sides of the river etive, glenetive, ballachulish, being 5059.8 hectares in measurement on the ordnance map the proprietor's interest in which is registered in the land register of scotland under title number ARG18379.
