All removals and replacement appointments were made with effect from 4:00pm on 7 April 2021. Where in any matter an office holder is as a consequence of this Order appointed jointly with another, the office holders shall be entitled to act jointly and severally. Where Jonathan Mark Williams is removed and replaced as an administrator by virtue of this Order the replacement office holders shall be substituted in place of Jonathan Mark Williams in respect of any nomination of him as subsequent liquidator made pursuant to Paragraph 83(7)(a) of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 3.60 of the Rules. In respect of any existing court applications or proceedings arising out of any of the matters listed at Schedules A to N of this Order, the replacement office holders shall be substituted for Jonathan Mark Williams by virtue of this Order and pursuant to Rule 12.31(1)(e) of the Rules. Creditors (and in the case of solvent liquidations, each member) shall be given notice of this Order, and the provision for liberty to apply set out herein, by an advertisement in the London Gazette placed within 28 days of the Order. There shall be liberty to each creditor (or in the case of solvent liquidations, each member) to apply to vary or discharge this Order insofar as it relates to the estate of which they are a creditors (or member) within 28 days of the advertisement in the London Gazette.
