Ravi Donald Latchman, in their capacity as the chair of the Company`s Board of Directors is the convener of the meeting ("the Convener"). The primary purpose of the virtual meeting is for creditors to consider a decision on the nomination of liquidators, and if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.
