CODEPUNK LTD Company Number: SC511350 Notice is hereby given that on 23 June 2022 a petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Luke Maxwell craving the Court inter alia to order that Codepunk Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC511350) and having its registered office at 7 Greenbank Gardens, Edinburgh EH10 5SL be restored to the Register of Companies; in which Petition Sheriff Sheehan by Interlocutor dated 20 July 2022 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
